Since the establishment, the company has won a number of honors: National High-Tech Enterprises, Provincial Innovative Enterprises, Provincial High-Growth SMEs Key Cultivation Enterprises. Founded by the High-Level Entrepreneurial and Innovative talents team of Jiangsu province, the company has established a National Postdoctoral Research Station, a Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center and a Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, and undertaken a number of scientific and technological projects such as the National Key New Product Plan, the National Torch Plan, and the Transformation of Provincial Scientific and Technological.
Jiangxi Changelight Co., Ltd, established in July 2017, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiamen Changelight Co., Ltd established in Nanchang. With a total investment of 5 billion yuan and 98.84 acre of land, the project plans to build the largest blue and green chip production base in Asia. The first-phase investment is 2.5 billion yuan, with a construction period of 10 months. The project will be completed and put into operation in October 2018, realizing a monthly output of 700,000 blue and green epitaxial chips with an annual output value of 2 billion yuan.
Currently, the company is planning to build the largest and most modernized semiconductor chip manufacturing base in Asia in the second half of 2018.
